The Opportunity
Miller Grace are partnering with this firm to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their established PI team based in Blackpool.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability matters that have exited the MOJ portal, progressing files through to settlement, including litigation where required. You’ll communicate effectively with all parties and provide clear, confident advice to clients throughout the process.

Requirements
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

* Minimum 2 years’ EL/PL experience

* At least 2 years’ litigation experience

* Excellent technical ability

* Experience with Proclaim is advantageous but not essential

RTA litigators seeking to broaden their experience into EL/PL are also encouraged to apply.
