Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first professional point of contact for existing and prospective clients

Manage and convert client enquiries into instructions, including discussing and agreeing fee arrangements
*
Provide digital dictation support and maintain accurate case records
*
Produce high-quality legal documentation, correspondence, and manage files with exceptional attention to detail
*
Collate, prepare, and manage Employment Tribunal bundles to a professional standard
*
Confidently use Adobe to compile, edit, and organise complex legal documents
*
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
About You
*
Proven experience in a legal environment, ideally within Employment Law or a similar practice area
*
Confident, highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing role
*
Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
*
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
