This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, an industry-leading, eco-conscious Technology Company, renowned for lending their expertise in providing monitoring systems for Water Quality and Infrastructure. They are actively seeking a keen, experienced Senior Full Stack Systems Developer with a passion for the environment, willing to take on a variety of challenging projects alongside an established team of professionals, based near the vibrant, historical city of St. Albans.

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

Overseeing a team of technological experts
Leading the production and deployment of the company's software products and services
Monitoring the continued maintenance of the products and services
Taking responsibility for the long-term quality and security of the Source Code

Required skills and experience for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

Hold a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or a similar, relevant discipline)
Extensive experience of working as a Full Stack Developer
Excellent working knowledge of full Software System Lifecycle
Highly-proficient in Software System Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment Strategies for High Availability
Experience with Java Middleware
Outstanding knowledge of Performance and Security in Enterprise Systems
Experience of working with networks: LAN & WAN/Internet and Security
Prior experience of Database Access Design and Application Optimisation
Demonstrable experience of working with Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in Software Systems, including Machine-to-Machine Automation Technologies
A particular passion for the environment

Desirable skills and experience for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

Prior experience with some of the following methodologies:
- Containerisation: Docker
- MQTT, RESTful URL Data Integration
- Deep Learning Neural Network Platforms
Previous experience with Enterprise Linux Platforms
Experience of leading/mentoring a team of developers
