Vacancy: Finance Property Management Manager
Location: South Woodford
Salary £30/35k depending on experience

Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Finance Property Management Manager to join their property management team in South Woodford.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited:

* Chase Current Rent Arears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims

* Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.

* Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily

* Bank Reconciliation

* Rent Payments

* Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.

* Any ad-hoc duties given

Candidate requirements:

* Previous Property/Accounts Management experience

* Credit control and accounts background

* Keen eye for detail

* Ability to priotise workload

* Work well within a team environment

Hours

Monday - Friday
