Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Tenancy and Leasehold Service Division. The successful candidate will:
Support Neighbourhood and Housing Services within the London Borough of Hackney.
Perform general financial administration and personnel recruitment organization.
Handle administration, minute taking, and allocation of external correspondence, complaints, and service requests.
Process and issue essential user estate parking permits, maintaining confidentiality.
Deliver high standards of customer care and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:
Ability to work efficiently in a pressurized, fast-paced Customer Services environment.
Flexible approach to work with effective planning and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.
Commitment to maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting the Council’s Equal Opportunities policies.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word, Excel, and Google Mail.
Extensive experience in minute taking.
Good understanding of budget and financial systems.
