Project Delivery Manager

Temporary contract, 6 - 12 months
Sellick Partnership Ltd are working alongside a public sector organisation assisting them with the recruitment of a Project Delivery Manager to deliver building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties
Daily duties of the Project Delivery Manager:
Ensure the successful delivery of building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties
Manage projects from the inception through to completion
Manage and supervise external contractors to ensure works are completed to high standard
Carry out risk management and job planning duties for projects
Effectively liaise with and undertake the role of the Principle Designer
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislations
Essential requirements of the Project Delivery Manager:
Possess an IOSH certification
Experienced with managing both planned maintenance and reactive repairs
Full UK Driver's License
