What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Supporting and guiding a small team of practitioners day-to-day.
Building strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Helping with the smooth running of the nursery, including rotas and daily routines.
Making sure the nursery continues to meet high standards of care and safeguarding. What We're Looking For

Someone with experience in early years (Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
Good communication and organisational skills.
