Milk Education is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary setting based in the borough of Southwark to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their committed team from September 2025.

This opportunity is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their teaching journey in a supportive environment, as well as experienced educators seeking a new challenge in a well-resourced and forward-thinking school.

About the Role:

Full-time, class teacher position within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (year group assignment based on experience and preference)

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged

Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and support staff to drive pupil progress and achievement

Participate in whole-school initiatives and contribute to the wider school community

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching within a primary setting, or successful completion of teacher training

Passion for inclusive education and a strong understanding of how to meet the needs of all learners

Committed to continual professional development and collaborative practice

Excellent communication and organisational skills
