Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a leading Scottish law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner to join their growing team in Glasgow.

The Role – Residential Conveyancing Partner As a key figure in the firm’s residential property department, you will:

Lead and manage complex conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and support staff
Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships
Meet or exceed fee earning and productivity targets
Drive business development initiatives and represent the firm at networking eventsRequirements:
Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
Demonstrable leadership and supervisory experience
Strong commercial awareness and business development acumen
Ability to handle a varied caseload independently and efficientlySalary & Benefits:
