Sharp Consultancy are working with a long-established retail business based in Sheffield that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a business that will look to support your studies as well as offering career development.

The main duties of this role will include:

Posting and reconciling transactions to the accounting system

*

Reconcile key accounts

*

Uploading invoices daily

*

Assisting and providing cover for all aspects of Credit Control

*

Maintain Purchase ledger invoice log

*

Checking weekly payment run

*

Providing cover for all aspects of AP

Skills & experience required:

*

Experience working within a similar Accounts Assistant role

*

Good communication skills both written and verbal

*

Good attention to detail

*

Productive and can do attitude to work
