Role Overview
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve success
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEND team to deliver tailored support
Help build resilience, motivation and confidence in students
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where every learner feels valued
