Pay: £85 – £110 per day

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and SEN support? A welcoming school in Amersham is seeking a motivated graduate to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology in a practical setting, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist with implementing behaviour strategies and personalised learning plans
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Monitor progress and provide feedback to support pupil development
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
What We’re Looking For

Degree in Psychology or related field
Passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing
Understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies (training provided)
Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
