What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspection Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting incoming materials and products from suppliers according to established quality and safety criteria.
Performing visual and measurement tests to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records of all incoming inspections.
Communicating inspection findings with relevant stakeholders and collaborating with suppliers to resolve any non-conformity's.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our incoming inspection processes.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications are a plus!).
Proven experience in quality control or inspection roles, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
A strong understanding of inspection methodologies and quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot deviations from specifications.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and tools is preferred.
