Site Manager - Fit-Out Edinburgh - Tier 1 Contractor

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent - £50-£55K

Our Client is one of Scotland's leading specialist fit-out contractors and they work across hospitality, leisure, commercial, retail, and public sectors, with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship.

The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day site activities, including supervising subcontractors and direct labour
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies
Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor programme schedules, progress, and resources
Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material control
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and client satisfactionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out or refurbishment projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager) card, and First Aid certification essential
Full UK driving licenceInterested?
