JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a organised Recruitment Administrator to join our client to support the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and working alongside the internal recruiter with all administrative aspects of the on boarding process, ensuring new employees have a positive and professional experience from offer acceptance through to their first day in the role.
DUTIES
* Requesting relevant ID from workers, right to work in the UK, application form, safer recruitment forms, contracts etc.
* Supporting with pre employment checks such as sending out employers references, processing DBS checks, chasing health declaration forms, ensuring once back they are fully uploaded to a internal HR system
* Ordering staff ID badges
* Arranging start dates with line managers and staffing coordinator
* Ensuring new hires are set up on internal HR systems
* Ensuing any documents that are returned are adding to internal HR system
* Supporting the internal recruiter with any administration based tasks
Experience:
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
* Ability to work in a pressured environment
