Helpdesk Coordinator

Helpdesk Coordinator will be paid up to £28k + Package + Holiday
A construction contractors who provide planned and reactive maintenance in the Rail, Health and Education, as well-performing small civil engineering works across the South and East of England are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator in there office in St Albans.
Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Helpdesk Coordinator will manage incoming reactive maintenance helpdesk jobs on various contracts, raising, allocating, reviewing, reworking and signing off
* Helpdesk Coordinator will Liaise with engineers and subcontractors throughout the day
* Helpdesk Coordinator will monitor daily the CAFM system to ensure that helpdesk faults and work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's
* Helpdesk Coordinator will handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls as required
* Helpdesk Coordinator will manage daily e-mails, personal and helpdesk mailbox, responding and actioning as required
* Helpdesk Coordinator will complete administration tasks including daily reporting and signing off work
Helpdesk Coordinator will need:
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have experience with planning and scheduling of engineers
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have Knowledge of facilities maintenance
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have the ability to make decisions, take ownership and use your own initiative to resolve problems
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have exceptional customer service and administration skills
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have previously used a CAFM system.
