You'll lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance, occupancy, and a positive culture. The home is part of a growing group committed to improving standards across elderly care.
 
You'll bring:

Experience as a Registered Manager in residential or nursing care
Relevant care qualification (or registered nurse status)
Strong leadership, compliance, and occupancy focus
Full driving licence and confident IT skills
