? Location: Hybrid – Must be available in Barcelona office 2 days per week (Thursdays & Fridays)

Opus is partnering with a leading global client whose eCommerce team, We’re looking for a Contract React Developer to play a key role in modernising their Commerce Storefront, currently based on Spartacus and SAP Commerce, using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital initiatives, building high-performance, scalable solutions that optimise both performance and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust frontend codebase using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Build reusable components and ensure responsive, modular architecture.
Write unit and end-to-end tests to maintain quality.
Collaborate closely with UX designers and backend teams.
Deploy enhancements and contribute to product strategy alongside stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
Proficiency in Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with responsive design, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
