Salary: Up to £65,000 + package
An established and highly respected regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing delivery team across South Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a business known for repeat clients, strong pipelines, and a collaborative, professional culture.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Projects will typically include:
* Refurbishment and fit-out schemes
* Education projects (schools, colleges, university buildings)
* Public sector and commercial developments
Project values range from medium to large-scale, offering long-term stability and progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Full site management from start to handover
* Managing subcontractors and direct labour
* Health & safety leadership (RAMS, site inductions, compliance)
* Programme management and progress reporting
* Quality control and client liaison
* Coordination with Project Managers and commercial teams
About You
We’re looking for highly experienced Site Managers with a strong track record in main contracting.
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or build projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of H&S regulations
* Ability to manage programmes and multiple stakeholders
Highly desirable:
* Experience delivering education sector projects or large fit out projects
* Background with regional or national main contractors
