Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention (70%-80% of the role)
Oversee the service delivery process to maintain high-quality standards.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector (20%-30% of the role)
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Monitor market trends to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
Profile
A successful Business Development & Account Manager should have:
Proven experience in sales or account management.
A strong understanding of client service delivery and customer relationship management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
A valid driving licence for travel to client sites when required.Job Offer
A competitive base salary of approximately £31,000-£38,000 per annum.
On-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000-£45,000, including performance bonuses.
