Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We have an exciting vacancy with an evolving and expanding Estate Agency group with offices in the Surrey and South London.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator who loves selling properties and who wants to develop their career with an energetic, locally well-known, high-street brand.

The ideal candidate for this Sales Negotiator / Estate Agency role will already have a great track record in property sales; have energy, enthusiasm, a likeable and engaging personality and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

You will also need to be someone who is proactive, articulate, and influential with a passion for selling.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Experienced residential estate agent
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Croydon area helpful
Full Driving License and own car essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
