Position: Partnership Effectiveness Lead

Base Site: Birmingham/ Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site

Duration: 9-month initial contract - Potential for extensions

Pay: Negotiable

We're looking for a Partnership Effectiveness Lead to play a pivotal role in mobilising and embedding a high-performing, values-driven culture across a major national infrastructure partnership.

About The Role:

As the Partnership Effectiveness Lead, you'll be at the heart of a large-scale, multi-stakeholder programme - leading the mobilisation of teams and ensuring alignment to shared goals and values.

You'll work closely with communications and leadership teams to design engagement strategies, run facilitation sessions, and build a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all partners.

Your ability to inspire, influence, and translate insights into action will directly impact how effectively diverse teams work together and deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead team mobilisation and define a strong, cohesive project culture aligned to organisational values.
Design and deliver engagement initiatives, workshops, and feedback sessions that promote collaboration and communication.
Monitor partnership effectiveness using data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor - building strong relationships while constructively challenging leadership where needed.
Facilitate culture change and problem-solving sessions to drive innovation and performance.
Provide reports and insights on cultural and engagement progress to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in team mobilisation, organisational culture, or change initiatives.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement
Background in management or project delivery, and learning & development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Power BI is a plus).
A degree or equivalent experience
Valid UK driving licence.
