Start Date: ASAP (Full-Time, Ongoing)
Location: Chesterfield
Subjects: A variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4
Role Type: Long-term Cover, Full-Time

What does the role involve?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively
Support students with their learning while following the school's policies
Adapt quickly to different subject areas and year groups
Play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning in a dynamic school environment
Possible TA roles within the schools as well

What are we looking for?

We want to hear from individuals who:

Have experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity
Are confident in managing classroom behaviour
Can follow lesson plans and think on their feet
Are flexible, proactive, and keen to make a difference
