Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed builders for a long-term contract with a local Housing Association.

Contract Details:

Location: West Lothian
Contract: Social Housing
Work Type: General building work following on from new central heating installations

Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week
Contract Length: Long term
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

Paid on a schedule of rates – average earnings £250.00 - £350.00 per day

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience as a builder

* Panel Van (plain or sign-written)

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* £2m Public Liability Insurance
