Site Manager - York - Freelance

PSR is excited to be partnered with a leading main contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

As a Site Manager, you will have previous experience with a main contractor and be confident managing the finishing stages of a project. A strong track record in education, healthcare, or commercial builds is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage site activities with a focus on high-quality finishes

Coordinate subcontractors and trades during the final phases

Carry out snagging and de-snagging

Strong attention to detail and quality control

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required

Excellent communication and organisational skills
