Redbridge | Salary: £22,300 – £23,300 ✨

Are you passionate about shaping little futures? Do you find joy in supporting babies and young children as they discover the world around them? If so, we’d love to meet you!

Our client is an independent, family-run day nursery and we’re looking for a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit team.

? What You’ll Be Doing
As a key person to a small group of children (from birth to age five), you’ll play a meaningful role in their early development. You will:

* Provide warm, high-quality care that helps every child feel safe and supported

* Recognise developmental milestones and maintain thoughtful observations and records

* Plan exciting, engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and needs

* Champion safeguarding and help create a nurturing, stimulating environment every day

? What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:

* Loving, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development

* Experienced in caring for young children and babies

* Knowledgeable about safeguarding practices

* Qualified with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) – Essential

* Ready for a full-time, permanent role in a supportive, friendly team

A full enhanced DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.
