Temp/contract for 2-3 months for an administrator to start ASAP (could suit graduate/student available to work over the summer)
Office based in Richmond - parking available or short walk from Richmond station
Full or part time hours available
Reports to The Head of Marketing & Brand
The ideal candidate for the role od Administrator should have some office and administration experience.
Working for an ecommerce brand offering a range of products designed to help improve indoor air quality in homes.
The primary function of the role of Administrator is to manage the customer sales orders, fulfilment and inventory management processes and act as the key part of delivering customer satisfaction and smart, efficient working.
Job duties -
: Responding to customer/order enquiries via email and phone
: Booking and managing appointments with customers and design team
: Ecommerce Sales order processing
: Order fulfilment - picking, packing, and shipping items
: Inventory management including weekly liaison with internal accounts
: Supplier Liaison - stock check and purchase order chasing/delivery confirmations
: Any other relevant task associated with sales administration
Specific Skills -
: Good written and verbal communications
: Proficient in Microsoft Office

: Process and Task Focused - proactive in approach to prioritising key daily, weekly and monthly tasks
