Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Ages 11-16)

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Rated 'Good' secondary school in the L36 area. We are looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects. This is a full-time, term-time-only position, ideal for someone passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting

A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for supporting student learning

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence working 1:1 and with small groups, including pupils with additional needs

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
