Workman's Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly respected social housing contractor, renowned for over 80 years of consistent service excellence. This long-established contractor specialises in planned capital works, cyclical decorations, major works, and retrofit schemes, working with some of the UK's largest housing associations and local councils.

We are seeking a Skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a permanent basis, to work on planned maintenance and capital works projects across Sussex and Kent.

Responsibilities:

* Carpentry

* Render repairs

* Brick and concrete repairs

* Plastering

* Painting and decorating

* Repair Care systems

* Pointing

* Fencing repairs and installations

* Replacement of roofline and rainwater goods (e.g. fascias, soffits, guttering)

Requirements:

* Full UK Driver’s Licence (essential)

* Proven experience in social housing or residential construction

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety best practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Salary: £37,000 per annum
