We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client based in Witney or a Sous Chef who is ready for the next level.

The ideal candidate will have high organisation skills and experience in commercial cooking. There will be limited food preparation needed but the successful applicant will need to handle a high volume of orders during busy service times. Attention to detail is a must as well as pride in delivering well-presented hot and cold food to order.

You would be responsible for:

* Day to day running of the main hotel kitchen

* Responsibility for rotas

* Responsibility for holiday management

* Assist in developing new menus and processes

* Train and develop the kitchen brigade

* An in-depth knowledge of food cost control and stocktaking

* Ordering and stock management

* Creation of menus

* Highly organised with a coaching mentality and a focus on training.

* Someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills, creativity and acts as a role model.
