Salary: Basic with uncapped commision (OTE: £48,000)

What You'll Be Doing

80% Account Management - nurture and grow existing client relationships

20% Business Development - identify and convert new opportunities

Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver tailored solutions

Engage with decision-makers and provide consultative sales support

Build long-term partnerships based on trust and performance

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience in FMCG

Proven success in account management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
