Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their production team. The role involves inspecting, testing, and validating components to ensure compliance with defined quality and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and verify parts using precision measurement equipment

*

Operate and program CMM / laser tracking systems

*

Perform product testing in line with specifications

*

Participate in root cause and corrective action activities (8D, A3)

*

Complete and maintain quality documentation including PPAP, Control Plans, Process Maps, and FMEAs

Key Requirements

*

Experience in quality inspection within an engineering or manufacturing environment

*

Working knowledge of PPAP, 8D, A3, and quality improvement tools

*

Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements

*

Analytical, structured approach to problem solving

*

Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly

*

Competent with standard Microsoft Office
