Tripod Partners are seeking experienced Inpatient RGNs to join teams across multiple hospital wards. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in inpatient settings across Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester. Shifts are available on an ongoing basis, with flexibility to choose from a range of day, night, and weekend shifts after registration.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and manage individual treatment plans.

Monitor patient health and administer medication and treatments.
*
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
*
Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.
*
Support and reassure patients and their families.
Position Details:

Location: Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester
*
Duration: 3 months initially
*
Hours: Various shift patterns available (days, nights, weekends)
*
Pay Rates:
*
Weekdays: £21.45/hour
*
Nights & Saturdays: £26.72/hour
*
Sundays & Bank Holidays: £31.55/hour
*
Work Pattern: Flexible shifts
*
Start Date: ASAP, following registration
Requirements:
*
NMC-registered RGN with recent ward-based experience.
*
Ability to adapt to various inpatient settings.
*
Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
*
Right to work in the UK
