Accept Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our brand-new client – a leading ecommerce operation based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. This company specialises in courier, package delivery, and express mail services, and is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join their growing team.

This is an ongoing role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, perfect for candidates with previous experience in similar settings.

Role Responsibilities:

* Light loading and unloading of goods

* Picking & packing using handheld scanners

* Manual handling (up to 7kg)

* Use of pump trucks (desirable)

* General warehouse duties

* Adhering to all health & safety procedures

* Working collaboratively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

* Own transport is essential (due to site location and shift pattern)

* Previous warehouse experience required

* Strong understanding of English (spoken & written)

* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment

* Commitment to a fixed 4 on 4 off shift schedule

Shift Patterns:

Days: 08:00 – 19:00 | £12.21/h

Nights: 20:00 – 07:00 | £13.00/h- rate increases to £13.40 after 12 weeks
