We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stroke Specialist Clinical Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering excellence across the stroke pathway — from hyper-acute care through rehabilitation to safe, effective discharge planning.

As Stroke Specialist Clinical Lead, you will:

* Provide expert clinical leadership across stroke services

* Support and influence best practice, standards, and service development

* Work collaboratively with MDTs, managers, and system partners

* Champion safe, timely, and effective transitions of care
