We are looking for a capable and curious IT Support Engineer to join a growing, friendly technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Microsoft experience who enjoys resolving problems end-to-end and wants to develop towards Azure and modern workplace technologies.
What you'll be doing
Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and general troubleshooting.
Owning tickets through to resolution rather than simply escalating.
Supporting a range of clients on-site with a strong focus on service.
Working closely with the team on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform projects.
Developing your skills in Azure infrastructure, policies, and cyber security.
What we're looking for
Background in IT support or engineering (Level 1-2).
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general Windows environments.
Understanding of cyber security fundamentals.
Strong communicator, calm under pressure, personable and service oriented.
Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office.
Working pattern
Fully on-site for the first 6-12 months for training and security reasons.
Potential for one hybrid day per week after this.
