Job Title: Cleaner - Social Housing Properties

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team, working on social housing properties across Sunderland. You will be responsible for carrying out sparkle cleans following refurbishment works, ensuring properties are spotless and ready for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Complete high-standard sparkle cleans in 2 properties per day (houses/flats)
Ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
Work efficiently to meet daily schedules
Maintain health and safety standards at all times

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport (properties are in various locations across Sunderland)
