Our client, a leading consultancy in the SatComm sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Software Technical Program Manager. This is a permanent role, ideal for those looking to make their mark on innovative and cutting-edge projects within the space industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex software and hardware projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ASIC designers and hardware engineers
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide regular updates
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and uncertainties
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and technical briefings
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive project success

Job Requirements:

Proven track record of leading technology projects in HW/SW design
Experience in program management
R&D background
Background in satellite, aviation, or networking industry is advantageous
BSc/MSc in engineering or MBA
Strong time-management, organisational, problem-solving, and escalation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a high-demand and dynamic environment
