Freelance Senior Site Manager – Aberdeen

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to join a busy regional contractor on a 3-month contract in Aberdeen. This role will involve overseeing groundworks and cabling works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

*

Oversee health & safety, ensuring compliance at all times.

*

Monitor progress and quality against programme.

*

Liaise with clients, engineers, and the project team.

*

Report directly to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

First Aid at Work

*

Proven track record in managing groundworks and cabling packages

*

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
