As a Foot-Mobile Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier maintenance across a premium portfolio of commercial office buildings. You'll perform planned and reactive works on key building systems - keeping London's business heart running 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

Diagnosing faults and implementing effective fixes

Providing top-quality customer service in a client-facing role

Logging tasks and updating service systems accurately

Proven experience in a similar FM mobile or static role

Confident working with HVAC, electrical & general building systems

Strong communication and fault-finding skills
