The Role

They are seeking a skilled and certified Electrician to join our growing team. You will be working across a variety of projects — from domestic installations and upgrades to commercial works and renewable energy systems. Your 2391 test & inspection certification is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring electrical safety, compliance, and quality across installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out electrical installation tasks (wiring, circuits, lighting, power, etc.) in domestic and commercial settings

*

Performing inspection, testing, and certification of electrical works (using your 2391 qualification)

*

Fault finding, troubleshooting and remedial works

*

Working with the design and project teams to implement electrical plans

*

Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 / the IET Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards

*

Maintaining high standards of safety, tidiness, and neat workmanship

*

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

*

Keeping accurate records, test certificates, and reports

Person Specification / Requirements

*

Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)

*

Essential: 2391 Test & Inspection certificate

*

Proven experience in domestic and commercial electrical work

*

Sound technical knowledge of wiring regulations (BS 7671)

*

Experience in inspection & testing

*

Good fault-finding skills

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

*

Good communication and customer service skills

*

Clean driving licence and ability to travel across site locations

*

Professional, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
