Maintenance Engineer

Night Shift - 4on 4off - 12 hours

You'll be joining a site that's growing fast and investing in the future of automation and efficiency. I'm on the hunt for hands-on, driven Maintenance Engineer to keep the production running at top performance. You'll bring strong fault-finding skills (electrical/mechanical), a proactive mindset, and a passion for food-safe engineering. In return, you'll work with cutting-edge kit, gain exposure to real-time problem solving, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement. You would be a key memeber of the team, with ongoing progression plans and room to develop your personal career.#

What You’ll Be Doing

Reactive & Preventative maintenance to a high standard
Drive uptime and support site-wide performance
Collaborate with Production, Technical, and H&S teams
No day will be the same, offering a high level of skills and knowledge whilst on shift
What You’ll Bring

Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing
Strong fault diagnosis skills—both electrical and mechanical
Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3) and food safety awareness
Methodical, detail-focused mindset
