Graduate Sales Administrator - 6-Month Contract

Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and innovative client based in Bath, who is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in a commercial, customer-focused environment.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, while liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery. This is a dynamic, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate internal teams
Preparing and issuing accurate quotations and processing customer orders
Monitoring production schedules and providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Allocating stock and initiating the despatch process
Collaborating with internal departments such as Planning, Quality, and Design to coordinate project requirements
Supporting with customer documentation, including traceability and compliance recordsWhat We're Looking For:

A proactive, organised, and reliable individual-ideally a recent graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid IT proficiency, particularly with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and ideally D365
A team player with the confidence to manage their own workload and problem-solve independently
