Factory Worker
Location: Grimsby Docks
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 6am–6pm or 6pm-6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour on days, £13.35 per hour on nights
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives to work day or night shifts at a busy and well-established bread manufacturing site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent full time work with the potential to move into a permanent position. Previous experience is preferred however full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the bread production process across various departments

* Handling, packing, and labelling baked goods

* Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift

* Keeping workstations clean and organised

* Working efficiently to meet production targets as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a Production environment preferred

* Reliable, punctual, and a team player

* Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
