My client, is a leading Engineering Manufacturing business, and they are looking to recruit a Design Engineering Manager to join their successful team based in Norfolk.

In this role, the key responsibilities of the Design Engineering Manager will include the following:

* Leading a team of Design Engineers, planning and scheduling work to ensure client expectations are met in line with agreed timescales.

* Complete technical documentation.

* Review design work, ensuring designs meet quality standards and technical compliance.

* Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team, staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification such as a degree or masters in engineering or equivalent experience and have experience as a Design Engineering Manager.
