Multi Drop Driver – 3.5t Van Driver / Delivery Driver

Contract: Temporary, ongoing, with potential temp‑to‑perm for the right candidate
Pay: From £14.06 per hour
Locations: Vary depending on client – typically Dartford, Gravesend & Bromley
Hours: Start times between 05:00–07:00, depending on client requirements

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and flexible 3.5t Drivers / Van Drivers to support a variety of clients with multi‑drop delivery work. Deliveries vary depending on the client, offering a mix of routes, start times, and working environments.

This role includes both lone working and two‑person crew assignments (depending on the client).

This is a temporary and ongoing position, with the opportunity to become permanent for candidates who demonstrate excellent performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

* Completing multi‑drop deliveries for various clients

* Handling goods ranging from 15kg up to 90kg

* Working independently or as part of a 2‑person crew

* Maintaining professional customer service during deliveries

* Adhering to client‑specific instructions and timelines

Requirements

* Experience as a 3.5t driver, van driver, or delivery driver

* Weekend availability required

* Must have own transport due to client locations (Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley)

* Comfortable with heavy lifting on a daily basis

* Good communication skills and strong work ethic

* Ability to adapt to varying locations and client requirements
