Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School in Grimsby - Academics

Academics are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning support assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Grimsby. This is a temporary, long term fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.

As a Learning support assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to students who need additional help with their learning. The ideal Learning support assistant will be patient, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.

The school is seeking a Learning support assistant who can:

Support students with a range of learning needs

Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment

Work 1:1 and in small groups

Communicate effectively with teachers and SEN staff

Academics will support you throughout your placement and help you thrive in your role as a Learning support assistant.
