Pay: £80 - £100 per day
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Are you a passionate, Teaching Assistant with experience in Year R looking for a long-term and full-time role? Have you got experience working with children with additional needs? Do you have good knowledge of BSL and can communicate and understand it? Would you like to make a real difference in children’s lives?

Job Description:
Working across 1:1 in EYFS with a child needing a BSL communicator
Full time role with the opportunity of an extended contract for the right individual
Pay: Daily Rate (£80-£100)
Location: Outskirts of Southampton
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Length: Long-term
Hours: Full time
Individual Profile:
Experience with children desired
Trained in British Sign Language (essential)
Previous employment working with those with additional needs
Must have good classroom and behaviour management
Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
Intervention experience preferred
