Join our passionate coffee production team in the heart of London and help craft exceptional coffee experiences for customers across the city.

About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Battersea. This is a physically demanding role, involving heavy lifting and general warehouse duties in the production of high-quality coffee. You will play a key part in ensuring our products are prepared, stored, and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling, lifting, and moving stock safely around the warehouse

* Assisting with the production, packaging, and storage of coffee products

* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

* Operating warehouse equipment safely (training will be provided if required)

* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

* Supporting team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

* Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks

* Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not essential

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

* Flexibility to work different shifts if required
