Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projects, including hardware, software, and installation.
Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect project requirements.
Analyze historical project data to inform future estimates and improve accuracy.
Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and clarify scope.
Support the bidding process by preparing detailed proposals and assisting with commercial presentations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, trends, and BMS technologies.

Desired Experience:

Proven experience estimating BMS or building automation projects.
Strong understanding of BMS systems, controls, and integration.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
